Delete it in the app
- Go to kicks4dat.com and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Choose Account at the top of the screen.
- Choose Delete my account, then confirm with your Google or Apple account when asked.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in record held by Firebase Authentication (Google): name, email address, account ID, and sign-in provider. Google removes it from its backups within 180 days. IP addresses that Firebase logged for security expire on their own within a few weeks.
- Sign in with Apple access: if you used Apple, kicks4DAT's access to your Apple ID is revoked.
- This account's data on the device you use: collection, wishlist, orders, care logs, kids' profiles and sizes, sole checks, and sole photos.
If you used kicks4DAT on other devices or browsers, that account's data on those devices stays there until you clear that browser's site data. We never had a copy of it. Guide-page analytics contain no personal information, so there is nothing to delete there.
Can't sign in?
Email hello@kicks4dat.com from the address you signed in with, or tell us that address and whether you used Google or Apple. We will delete your Firebase sign-in record and reply to confirm.
If you signed in with Apple, you can also stop using Sign in with Apple for kicks4DAT in your Apple Account settings.
